Ranvir (Sif Ali Khan) and Rajiv (Akshay khanna ) are cousin brothers, who own a huge stud farm in Durban, South Africa. They breed horses of different breeds on their huge ranch and are also active participants as biggest bookies in the horse racing circuit.
Ranvir the eldest of the two is known to be very shrewd man. He is very aggressive, straight forward and also little short tempered who is always on the move. His brother Rajiv on the other hand is quite opposite and is very laid back, and is also a chronic alcoholic.
Sophia (Katrina Kaif) is Ranvir’s personnel secretary, she adores her boss and loves him, but could not express it .Ranvir is also totally unaware of her feelings and regards her adoration as her efficiency.
Shaina (Bipasha Basu) is an upcoming Indian Ramp Model in Durban. She and Ranvir share a sacred relationship which is on the borders of Friendship and love.
R.D(Anil Kapoor) is a flamboyant police detective who lives by his wits. He has a strange addiction to fruits. He provides the film with some intellectual humor and a very intriguing murder investigation.
Mini (sameera reddy) is R.D’s personnel assistant. Though she is dumb as a blonde, but has a sexy beauty in her brunette look.
Shaina loves Ranvir but through some twists in the tale gets married to his younger brother Rajiv, as Rajiv decides to quit alcohol if he marries Shaina.
Ranvir gets disturbed as he had to sacrifice his love for his younger brother and when Shaina discovers that her hubby is a chronic alcoholic, her world gets shattered.
However Rajiv breaks his promise and again gets addicted to alcohol. And now the illicit affair between shaina and ranvir starts. In a weak moment Shaina and Ranvir share a relationship and then start the affair between younger brothers wife with the elder brother.
Soon rajiv discovers the affair and stars to suspect his wife, all hell breaks loose.
A murder crime is committed, a contract killing is issued, double crossings become the need of the day, betrayals are executed at the blink of the eye, and a point comes where the audience cannot distinguish the good and the bad, the evil and the righteous and the tame and the wild.
A sharp tongued detective R.D enters the scene and starts his investigation proceedings with his brainless dumbo Mini and the story takes many twists. it is said that the climax is unpredictable and impossible to imagine.
A back drop of hire racing, the beautiful locales of Durban and edge of the seat excitement glued along with some steamy scenes and Sexcitement of the gorgeous 3 actresses forms the nucleus of the story.
