Mammootty always had been ardent fan of director Kamal, as some of his most memorable movies like Azhagiya Ravanan were made by him. Now Mammootty, has provided dates to Kamal from February . Kamal who is going through a dark period after his recent off-beat films like Manjupole Oru Penkutty and Perumazhakalam bombed at the box-office, was looking for a superstar to salvage his career. Mammootty plays a bus conductor in this film titled Neru. Kamal is also trying to rope in Meera Jasmine to play a crucial role in the film.
