Priyamani to stay away from debut heroes

March - 25 - 2008

Priyamani, who made it big with Pellaina Kothalo and Yamadonga in Tollywood, is making waves in Tamil film industry too after the blockbuster Paruthi Veeran.

The success mark prompted her to fix a yardstick for the advancement of her career. She believes that doing films with debut heroes and small-rung heroes might turn blockades in her path. “Doing with big heroes brings both economic and career growth. I have taken this decision only in the backdrop of the prevailing conditions in the industry. And I am not really against working with new or small heroes. Moreover, it is known fact that big heroes won’t encourage heroines who do with fresh or yet-to-be-established male leads,” Priyamani says.
