After delivering a superhit Ranga SSLC the romantic duo Sudeep and Ramya are back again in film titled Musanje Mathu to be directed by debutante Mahesh with the banner of Suresh jain pictures.
The film has completed its major part of shooting and two songs are to be picturised on the couple. Though the film was launched a few months ago, the unit had not met the press and the entire shooting part was done without any information to either the print or the electronic media. The film’s audio launch was veiled today April 4 2008 in simple manner as Kannada cinema is facing quite a dim day in hunger protest.
Sudeep, drolling over the script says, director Mahesh had done an amazing script which was first told to him in presence of cameraman Sundarnath Suvarna. “Without battling an eye lid I agreed to do the film and said that Mahesh can go ahead with the project. And I suggested that Ramya be the heroine of this film and Anu Prabhakar for another role. I just did not interfere thereafter and it was a full Mahesh show. I am extremely satisfied with the way Mahesh has handled the subject. I also saw few rushes after i dubbed and I am confident that the film has certainly shaped up very well. And music composer Sridhar has tuned hummable notes which proves to be a good soft and clean presentation’.
Glam doll Ramya,only guaging her on-screen touch with Sudeep, is all praise for Mahesh, and his splendid homework before she saw the final script “It was Sudeep who told me that I had to accept this role and I am thankful to him for suggesting me. I am extremely pleased to have done this role and I have even dubbed for this film’
Mahesh said that he had put in lot of efforts to write the script for which he had worked with his assistants for nearly six months. ‘Then I took this script to Bharat Jain (Suresh Jain’s brother) and I obtained his approval in the first sitting itself. I told him that I needed a powerful performer like Sudeep sir in the film. I did not know how to approach Sudeep who is a big star. I was apprehensive because I had not yet proved anything as a director. Sundarnath Suvarna allayed all my fears and told me to narrate the script as I had written it. And when Sudeep said that he had liked the script I was extremely happy. And then things went off smooth I am also extremely satisfied with the way Sridhar has provided music compositions for the film. He is essentially a key board player who turned a music director because I insisted on him. And producers Suresh and Bharat provided me everything that I had asked for’
Sridhar said that he had worked for nearly three months to get the music compositions and the songs had lot of melody in it.
