Tamanna, a delhi-based model tried her luck hard in Tamil cinema and started off her career opposite not-so big bosses of the reigning industry like Ravi Kishna, and director-turned actor S.J.Surya. However, both the films sank without a trance leaving all the stone turned for the actress.

It was director Balaji, who noticed her ablity in acting department and gave her a sigh of releif in the latest talked about film Kalloori, though the cliched subject could not send the cash registers ringing, she hogged the limelight for her excellent portrayal. Currently, the dame has accepted offer from cinematographer-director K V Anand  opposite Suriya forthe film titled  ‘Ayan’, with AVM Productions, along with a  plump offer opposite Dhanush for ‘Padikathavan’ to be directed by Suraj, who came out with outstanding comedy in  Thalainagaram’ and ‘Marudamalai’ will repeat himself along with Dhanush in ‘Padikadhavan’.
