Gemini Films and Imaging Industries (p) Ltd., is to produce a romantic comedy venture titled “Thiru..POODAA..Thirumathi.. POODI” with the banner A Shanaya Telefilms (p) Ltd.
Little superstar Silambarasan takes the main lead and other casts including the female lead are in the process of finalisation.
Kamal haasan starrer “vasool raja” produced by Gemini Films and Mr. Padam Kumar of Shanaya Telefilms (p) Ltd., an established producer and director from Bollywood, who has earlier made films such as ‘CHAMPION’ with Sunny Deol and Manisha Koirala, ‘SUPARI’ with Uday Chopra and Nandita Das and soon to be released hindi feature film ‘KAABHI BHI KAHIN BHI’ staring Dino Morea and Dia Mirza, for the first time have joined hands together to produce a tamil film. The film being directed by debutant Mr. Vignesh Shivaa and music by Mr. Dharan will be a 2009 Feb 14 Valentine’s Day release.
The film shoot commences on the 15th of August and is to be shot for over a period of 60 days in a single schedule in Toronto, Canada.
