Director speaks about ‘Munniyandi, Vilangiyal Moondramaandu’

June - 24 - 2008

With the great success of Em Magan, director Thirumurugan is now coming up with his next venture ‘Munniyandi, Vilangiyal Moondramaandu’.  The movie casts Bharath and debutante Poorna in the lead.

The director says, ‘It’s a college story based on tamil tradition.  Vadivelu plays a prominent role called Sorimuthu Ayanaar in the film. Pretty sure he is gonna rock the movie.  The subject is about a rich girl(Poorna) falling in love with Bharath in such a way that she gets hysterical. Thinking that she has been possessed by some evil spirit, Vadivelu is summoned to get away the spirit.  There follows load of fun.

Art director Boopathy has done an excellent job.  I am very happy about the outcome and hope for a mass hit.’
