Kavya Madhavan is to play the role of a dancer in Sivaranjini, which relates on screen the story of a dedicated dancer by the same name and also has a romantic track to boost the film’s appeal.

Though not much is known about the rest of the cast, the film, directed by M.R.Suresh and scripted by Mohandas Peringavu, will feature cinematography by M.D. Sukumaran, lyrics by Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri and music by Kaithapram Viswanathan.

Sivaranjini will be produced under the banner of Maharaj Creations and will be shot at locations in Palakkad as well as in Thanjavur. More details are awaited.
