Singer John Legend has vowed to continue with his acting career – but only if the right part comes along.
The R+B star appeared alongside Samuel L. Jackson and the late Bernie Mac in Soul Men and recently made a cameo appearance on comedian Stephen Colbert’s TV special A Colbert Christmas.
But even though he loves appearing on camera, Legend’s insists he is most comfortable behind the microphone.
He tells MTV.com, “Right now, I’m loving being an artist and being a performer, and if acting works out, if it comes at the right time with the right film, then I’ll do it. But right now, I’m getting ready for my tour, and I’m excited about that.”
