Ameer’s ‘Yogi’ has already started making high waves across the towns with Yuvan’s songs becoming chartbusters. With distribution works getting over with the process, Ameer seems to have decided about releasing the film by first week of December. It’s worth mentioning that the film will be screened at Dubai International Film Festival along with ‘Rettaisuzhi’ and ‘Aval Peyar Tamizharasi’.
‘Yogi’ is directed by Subramaniam Siva and features Madhumitha in female lead role. According to the buzzes, the film is expected to be a remake of ‘Tsotsi’. This film depicts the life of a ruffian across slums whose life transcends as he comes across a baby.
‘Yogi’ is produced by Ameer himself under the banner of Team Work Productions.
