Winning the best titles as a model, actor Ganesh Venkataram made his debut in Kollywood with ‘Abhiyum Naanum’.  Later, he struck gold with his mind-boggling performance in Kamal Haasan’s ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’ that leaped him with laurels. Now, he has almost completed shooting for his next film ‘Muriyadi’, which is a remake of Malayalam film ‘Passengers’.

The remake version is directed by Selvah and is produced by K. Balachandar of Kavithalaya Productions while Ramya Nambeesan stars opposite him in female lead role.

Hindi film producer Vikram Bhatt has now signed for a Tamil film yet to be titled while he has already started shooting for a Malayalam movie ‘Casanova’ with Mohan Lal.
