Vijay confirms AR Murugadoss project

Vijay was at the audio launch function of Urumi, which took place at the Sathyam Cinemas yesterday morning. The star looked apt for the audio launch as he was seen holding an Urumi. Soon after the audio launch, Vijay said that he is looking forward to work with Santhosh Sivan as he is the cinematographer for the film to be directed by AR Murugadoss.
AR Murugadoss also echoed the same and added that Santhosh’s work in films like Dil Se and Roja were just awesome and hence he wants to team up with him. Incidentally, Santhosh Sivan is the director and cinematographer of Urumi. He is also a co-producer of the film.
Mani Ratnam, with whom Santhosh has worked with earlier, lauded him for making the film excellently. He added that Santhosh can be the only person to have done the film within such a short span of time and limited budget.
