“While it took me over three months to write Amma Thale, it took just about 30 minutes to write Maaralante.” His favourite song in the album is Nammakame. “The song gave me immense satisfaction as a lyricist and it will remain as one of my best. Both Pawan Kalyan and Rahman appreciated my work on the song.”

She made a debut  through Telugu film Boni with Sumanth which however did not run too well. However, her second Telugu film shows lot of promise as it has Telugu Super Star  Pawan Kalyan in the lead.  Kriti will be playing  the role  of one of the heroines of this film directed by Jayanth Paranje  which is a  remake of   Hindi film Kal Aaj Aur Kal.  Glam girl Ileana plays the lead role in the film, while Kriti will be doing the role played by  Gisello in the original film.  Krithi  has now replaced  Richa Gangopadhyaya who was originally considered  for this role.

Krithi says that  she had enjoyed  a lot working for her first Kannada film directed by Mahesh Babu. ” I was treated as a kid during the shooting of the film.  Chiranjeevi Sarja was always cracking jokes and we had lot of fun during the shoot.  Mahesh Babu  is so focused  that  he will enact a particular sequence and  tell us to be as expressive like him  while giving a shot’  says Krithi.

The remake right have been acquired by Udhaya Chandra Productions and is directed by Mahesh. The film features Golden Star Ganesh in lead role with Priyamani signed opposite him in female lead role.  The original version ‘Kushi’ featured Vijay and Jyothika in lead roles and later SJ Suryah remade the film in Telugu with Pawan Kalyan and Bhoomika Chawla in lead roles and in Hindi with Fardeen Khan-Kareena Kapoor in the same role.

The film will start rolling shortly and director Mahesh has made some changes suitable to the tastes of Kannada audiences.

Directed by Gowtham Menon, the film features Silambarasan and Trisha in lead roles while Sameera Reddy, Vinaayakudu series fame Krishnudu have performed cameo roles. The film’s audio will be launched simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil.

Apart from this, A.R. Rahman’s yet another musical album of SJ Suryah’s ‘Puli’ too is expected to have the audio launch very shortly. The film features Pawan Kalyan in lead role and has been churned out at big price.

A.R. Rahman is the music director of this film, produced by Singanamala Ramesh under the bannerof Sri Kanaka Ratna Movies. Cinematography is by Bollywood’s Vinod. London-based model Nikisha is the heroine. The producer Singanamala Ramesh is now planning to release the film in August.

Meanwhile, it is heard that after Bhadri, Pawan Kalyan has signed up in yet another movie with Puri Jaganath. To be produced by actor-producer Ganesh and presented by Ravi Kiran under Parameswar Arts banner, the film will commence soon after Pawan Kalyan completes Komarum Puli.

The wedding was performed in Arya Samaj style and only the family members of Chiranjeevi, Naga Babu and Allu Aravind were present apart from some close friends of Pawan.

The wedding invitations were printed in the name of Pawan and Renu’s son Akira Nandan. Director Puri Jagannath, Trivikram Srinivas, SJ Suryah were among those who were invited to the wedding.

The newly wedded couple then appeared before the media and posed for the cameras. Pawan Kalyan will register the marriage at the Registrar’s office later in the day.

The marriage is seen as by many as a move by Pawan and Chiranjeevi to deflect criticism about the relationship. With both of them now in public life and active in politics, Pawan had no alternative but to legitimize his affair with Renu Desai.

Naga Babu however refuted the allegation that the marriage was performed as the PRP and Pawan were being criticized by the congress party leaders for some time now. Naga Babu sought the blessings of everyone for Pawan Kalyan and Renu Desai.

Vibrant hero Ram Masaka and Siddharth Konchem Istam Konchem Kastam are the two big movies releasing during the festive season. Other small movies which are releasing this Sankranthi are Allari Naresh Fitting Master and Sumanth Bonee.

Masaka has Ram and Hansika in the lead roles. This movie is being directed by B Gopal and is being produced by MS Raju on Sumanth Arts banner. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music.

Konchem Istam Konchem Kastam has Siddharth and Tamanna in the lead roles. This movie is being directed by debutant director Srikanth and is being produced by Nallamalupu Bujji. Bollywood music gaints Shankar-Eshaan-Loy are composing the music for this movie.

Parvathi Melton, will be playing the main lead for the first time opposite the charmer Tamanna, recently rejected the second leading role. Shreya and Siya are being considered for this role Comedian Sunil and Prakash Raj as villan will play the other important roles in the movie.

The shooting wil first start in Ramoji Film City and will take place for 2 days. Then the unit will shift to the desets of Rajasthan where the shooting will take place for 60 days. Then the shooting will take place in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu for few days after which it will shit to South Africa for an extensive and long shoot. The unit will return back and finish the shooting in Hyderabad by shooting few songs in costly sets.

Raju Sundaram, Saroj Khan and Vaibhav Merchant will be the choreographers for the movie. Singanamala Ramesh will be producing this high budget movie on Kanakaratna Movies banner. The tentative release date of this yet to be named movie is July 18th 2009.

There are a few interesting snippets on the film that are coming out. S Ramesh is producing the film for Kanakaratna Movies banner directed by S.J.Surya. The film is tentatively being referred as Puli by the media. However, sources say that the film might be titled ‘Komaram Puli’. Also, it is heard a few episodes from the life of Che Guevara formed inspiration for some sequences in the film. Assured that the film is not about Che Guevara, the episodes are modulated to fit the present political and social circumstances. This is not a political film though but might subtly touch on how development can be brought in into the present society. And few sequences thought out for Pawan’s Satyagrahi might find place in this film too.

Action sequence is recently shot at Aluminum factory with 41 fighters. Latest technology is used to film a rope fight with these fighters.

Makers are planning to wrap up the film by March and release the film in April.

However, the actress refused the offer as she couldn’t give bulk dates. So now the filmmakers have decided on a debutant Nakasha.

Well, Hansika’s loss is Nakasha gain! The film’s shooting has already begun and the filmmakers are planning to release it by the end of this year. Jyothi Krishna has been roped in to play the second lead.

Now he is cured completely cured and resumed for the shoot.  Being active and professional, he doesn’t want to waste time on rest and resumed within 10 days.

After completion of this movie, he will focus on his directorial venture Puli – A bilingual film in Telugu and Tamil with Pawan Kalyan in the lead as a cop.
